3. Custom Orders and Non-Refundable Products

Custom products, including custom made frames, glass, and mounts, are non-returnable and non-refundable once the sale is final. This includes custom-sized frames or any personalised alterations. Returns or refunds will only be issued if the product is defective.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 1-5 business days, depending on the product’s customisation requirements. Custom Orders typically take 1-2 weeks.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout, based on the destination and weight of your order.

  • Delivery: Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and your location. We provide tracking information for your convenience.

  • We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective.

  • Faulty Products: If you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide a prepaid return label for you to return the faulty item at no cost. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom orders, such as bespoke frames, glass, and mounts, are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.

All content on this website, including images, text, and designs, are owned by Beach House Frames and protected by intellectual property laws. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or used without our consent.
